How to find your Booth Voter list and download it?

A. Create a New Account
🌐 Open the Website
Open Chrome or any browser on your mobile or computer.
🔎 Type or paste in the search bar:
(Or open directly by clicking the link)
Voters’ Service Portal (ECINet) – Sign-Up Guide (Step-by-Step)

The page shown is the Voters’ Service Portal (ECINet) Login/Sign-Up page.
Follow the steps below to create a new account 👇
🆕 To Create a New Account (Sign-Up)
🔹 Step 1: Click on the Sign-Up button at the top
(You will see: “Do not have an account? Sign-Up”)
🔹 Step 2: Select Elector Type
You will see two options:
1️⃣ Indian Resident Elector
👉 Select this if you live in India.
2️⃣ Indian Overseas Elector
👉 Select this if you are an NRI (living abroad but an Indian citizen).
🔹 Step 3: Enter Mobile / Email / EPIC Number
In the box, enter:
Registered Mobile Number
OR
Email ID
OR
EPIC Number (Voter ID Number)
📌 Example:
ABC1234567 (EPIC No.)
🔹 Step 4: Fill the Captcha
Enter the letters/numbers shown in the image exactly as displayed.
In your image, the captcha shows:
👉 9448us
(You may type in lowercase as well: 9448us)
⚠ If not clear:
Click the 🔄 Refresh icon
Click the 🔊 Speaker icon to hear the captcha
🔹 Step 5: Request OTP
After filling in all details correctly,
👉 Click Request OTP
🔹 Step 6: OTP Verification
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Enter the OTP and click Verify.
🔹 Step 7: Set Password
Create a new password
Enter the same password in Confirm Password
Click Submit
✔ Your account will be created successfully.
For Users Who Already Have an Account (After Logging In)
If you already have an account, click on “Login” at the top.
Follow the same process (enter registered details, fill captcha, request OTP, verify OTP) to log in.
After successful login, you will reach the Home Page.

B. Electral Roll Download :
From the Home Page, click on “Download Electoral Roll” to navigate to the Download Section page.

Download Page Sections:
A. State * -
- Click on drop-down icon in the box right corner
- Scroll to up
- Select your State
B. Year of Revision * -
- Click on drop-down icon in the box right corner
- Scroll to up
- Select the 2026
C. Roll Type * -
- Click on drop-down icon in the box right corner
- Scroll to up
- Select the "Final Roll" (not available now but Draft Roll is available now)
D. District -
- Click on drop-down icon in the box right corner
- Scroll to up
- Select your District
E. Assembly Constituency * -
- Click on drop-down icon in the box right corner
- Scroll to up
- Select your Assembly Constituency
F. Select Language * -
- Click on drop-down icon in the box right corner
- Scroll to up
- Select your Voter list Language

G. Search your Booth -
- Click in side the Search box
- Type Booth number in side the box
H. Fill Captcha * -
- Click in side the right box
- Type all letters in small or capital following the captcha into the box
Your Booth number and name will shon with Blue tick in fast
Then
Click on . Download Selected pdf
Pdf will be download in your mobile
Open the pdf file to check name.
You can print it now.
